Journalist: Abramovich could close deal worth €27M soon

CSKA Moscow star player Aleksandr Golovin has been in the news consistently in recent times due to his links with premier league giants Chelsea.

Considering the latest being said about him, it appears the London club are still on course to get his signature this summer

Yesterday, Sky Sports claimed Ligue 1 giants Monaco are at the forefront of getting his signature following the huge bid they submitted to Moscow some hours ago.

However, some respected sources have taken to social media to reveal that Chelsea remains favourites to get Golovin’s signature.

Both Alfredo Pedulla and Giulia Stronati revealed that the West Londoners are getting closer to finalising a deal for the talented youngster.

Stronati even said Chelsea are set to pay €27M to CSKA Moscow for the player, and that he will sign a five-year deal at Stamford Bridge.

Golovin was impressive at the just-concluded World Cup in his home country, and he able to help his side reached the quarter-finals of the tournament.

Chelsea’s new boss Maurizio Sarri is understood to be a big fan of the dynamic midfielder and will welcome the Russian to his team before the start of the upcoming campaign.

Golovin is a talented youngster who will definitely add a lot of value to Chelsea.
