Chelsea superstar Eden Hazard is beginning to return to his very best following a long injury layoff and the Belgium international star showed a lot of glimpses of brilliance for the Red Devils against Bosnia and Herzegovina at the weekend.
Roberto Martinez’s team came away 4-3 winners from the breathless FIFA World Cup qualifying clash, with Thomas Meunier, striker Michy Batshuayi, Jan Vertonghen and Yannick Ferreira Carrasco on the goals scorers’ sheet for the away team at the Stadion Grbavica.
The Chelsea forward was making his first start for his National team since he suffered an ankle injury on international duty earlier in the summer and the forward played the entire 90 minutes on Saturday.
The 26-year-old looked full of confidence and made two Bosnian footballers tackle one another with an exciting dummy and flick to assist his team-mate in the second-stanza.
Chelsea manager Antonio Conte will undoubtedly have been glad with Eden Hazard’s display and the fact the skillful forward managed to secure more playing minutes under his belt.
The reigning English Premier League champions travel to the Selhurst Park to lock horns with Crystal Palace after the international break and Roy Hodgson’s team will be very desperate for at least a single point against the Chelsea.
Crystal Palace are still without a single goal in the English Premier League this season.
