Chelsea boss Antonio Conte is not pleased that his side were not able to sign Virgil Van Dijk and Alexis Sanchez last month.

Conte is currently not having a good time at West London and is still fighting to save his job at Chelsea. In their last 10 games, the Stamford Bridge club have only managed to win just two games.

They lost 4-1 to Watford on Monday at Vicarage Road after they were thrashed 3-0 by Bournemouth at Stamford Bridge some days earlier.

It is understood Antonio Conte is not happy with Chelsea’s management particularly because of their transfer policy.

According to The Times, the Italian manager desperately wanted Chelsea to significantly add more power to his team in the last transfer window. He was displeased that the management failed to work harder to get Van Dijk’s signature ahead of Liverpool.

It was also added that the former Juventus boss is not happy that his current side did not fight Manchester United for Alexis Sanchez’s signature and that he is still keen on seeing Alex Sandro at Stamford Bridge.

The Times also made it known that Antonio wants Leonardo Bonucci at Chelsea, and wasn’t too impressed with the management’s decision to land Rudiger last summer.

Last week, the former Italy head coach told his side to focus on higher quality players to compete adequately with the likes of Manchester United and City.
