Tottenham’s and France international midfielder Moussa Sissoko has been charged by the Football Association for an elbow on Bournemouth’s Harry Arter. Sissoko caught Arter in the face with his right elbow just eight minutes after being introduced in the second half after both midfielder contested for a loose ball in Spurs’ goalless draw with Bournemouth.
