Barcelona desperate for Man United star

Marcus Rashford

Spanish La Liga giants Barcelona are reported to be keen on the signature of Manchester United star Marcus Rashford and are already preparing a bid for him ahead of the winter transfer window which reopens in coming weeks.

The England international has only scored 4 Premier League goals so far this season, including the goal against Cardiff at the weekend with the limited games under his belt and that alone is convincing to the Spanish giants enough to make them want to have him at the Camp Nuo.

Barcelona are convinced that Marcus Rashford will be able to play at the top level and deliver quality performance known that he has had about 150 senior appearances for the Red Devils in all competitions at age 21 and has scored 37 times in all.

However, Marcus Rashford became frustrated under the reigns of the former manager Jose Mourinho because he was often snubbed and was unable to win the faith of the coach in him.

He therefore sought to leave the club before his current deal expires at the end of next season with no deal on the table for him.

Reports claim that Real Madrid and AC Milan are also ready to battle for the star player but Barcelona are believed to be ready to splash big to have his signature.
