Arsenal register interest in Brazilian winger
The English Premier League outfit Arsenal are reported to have registered their interest in the signature of star Brazilian international and Sao Paolo winger Antony ahead of the coming summer transfer window.
The Gunners team are short in quality ahead of the new season after a very inconsistent season for manager Unai Emery which is the reason why they seek to add more.
Unai Emery had ensured the coming of Spanish winger Denis Suarez from Barcelona but he did not make any impact and will be made to return as soon as the season is over.
However, Antony is a 19-year-old who has shown big prospect with his style of play and quality. He has been tipped to step in the shoes of Danny Welbeck and Wales international Aaron Ramsey who have both been confirmed to leave the club at the end of the season.
The North London outfit are expected to pay within the rejoin of £21 million to be able to land him in the coming summer transfer window as the Brazilian outfit are ready to let him leave.
Howbeit, it is yet to be seen if Arsenal will be ready to pay as heavy as £21 million for Antony Knowing that they have got a limited transfer budget.
