Ahead of Liverpool versus Chelsea clash, Antonio Conte is already complaining about this

Premier League football returned on Saturday after the international break and it featured good victories for both Chelsea and Liverpool.

With Tottenham Hotspurs losing to Arsenal earlier in the day, both teams will be delighted with their afternoon’s effort, especially with leaders Manchester City winning again.

Liverpool trashed Southampton 3-0, courtesy of goals from Mohamed Salah (2) and another by Brazilian Philippe Coutinho.

Egyptian Mo Salah is now the leading goal scorer in the English Premier League with a total of nine goals.

Meanwhile, Premier League Champions Chelsea won 4-0 away at West Bromwich Albion, Spaniard Alvaro Morata, Belgian Eden Hazard (2) and wing-back Marcos Alonso scored the goals.

Next week Saturday, Merseyside giant Liverpool will lock horns with Antonio Conte’s Chelsea at Anfield Stadium.

Only three points separate Chelsea and Liverpool, and it should be an interesting fixture between the two teams.

With Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City starting with such an incredible pace in the League this season, neither Chelsea nor Liverpool can afford to let go of any point.

Ahead of next weekend’s clash, Chelsea tactician Antonio Conte has started complaining about the clash.

The Italian is unhappy that his team have to play on Saturday with an important UEFA Champions League clash at Qarabag on Wednesday night.
