Manchester United seem to be the best English Premier League team this January as they snap majority of the awards for the month.
Just only, interim manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer was announced as the Premier League manager of the month after successfully going unbeaten since taking over the job from sacked manager Jose Mourinho in December last year.
This January alone, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer led his Red Devils team to win their three of their four Premier League games with a draw and that has been helpful in helping them rise to the fifth position in the league table.
Now, it has been announced that England international striker Marcus Rashford has been announced as the EA SPORTS Player of the Month of January.
Marcus Rashford was on target three times in the four Premier League matches played to have earned the award as the goals helped his side to move ahead to the fifth position in the league table.
The 21-year-old’s Manchester United teammate Victor Lindelof as well as Tom Heaton, Joshua King, Alexandre Lacazette and James Ward-Prowse were all nominated but could not win ahead of him.
In his reaction to the award, Rashford confessed that he was only able to achieve this because he played consistently.
