Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas could be on his way out of the club in the New Year.
The Spaniard has just over six months left on his current contract with the Blues and it’s almost certain that the former Arsenal player won’t be offered a new deal.
He could leave Stamford Bridge in a cut-price deal in the summer or as a free agent at the end of his contract.
Latest reports coming out of Turkey claim that a big club is interested in a move for him.
According to the publication from popular English media portal Daily Express, Turkish giants Fenerbahce want to sign the Spanish international playmaker when the transfer window reopens in the New Year.
Fenerbahce will have to fend off the threat of Italian Serie A giants AC Milan in the quest to sign him.
The seven-time European champions are also interested in Fabregas.
Cesc Fabregas has been on the fringes of the first team since the appointment of Maurizio Sarri as the Chelsea manager in the summer.
Sarri signed a three-year contract to replace compatriot Antonio Conte.
Fabregas was an important member of the Chelsea squad that won one Premier League title and One FA Cup title under Conte.
