Aston Villa striker Tammy Abraham scored his 21st goal of the season to help his team to a thumping win over Derby County.

Nigerian-born England international striker Tammy Abraham scored one of the goals as Aston Villa thrashed the Rams 4-0 at home.

There were talks of a return to Chelsea to help the Blues solve their striking problems at the start of the year but he ended up staying at Villa.

Wolverhampton Wanderers also made an approach to sign him in January only for the Chelsea loanee to reject the move in favour of staying at Villa Park.

Conor Hourihane gave Aston Villa the lead before Tammy Abraham added a second goal for the hosts.

Tammy Abraham turned provider for Hourihane to score his second goal of the game before Jack Grealish rounded up the scoring for the home side.

All the goals came in the first half including three goals in the space of ten minutes.

Tammy Abraham has now scored 21 goals in just 29 games for Aston Villa since the start of this campaign.

He’s on a season-long loan at Aston Villa from West London giants Chelsea.

Tammy Abraham is showing that he has the quality to play for Chelsea with his goals in the English Championship for Aston Villa.
