Former Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho is certain that Blues talisman Eden Hazard will leave the club for Real Madrid this summer.

According to him, the Europa League final is likely to be his final game for Chelsea after seven years at the club.

Mourinho talked about Chelsea, Real Madrid and Eden Hazard in a chat with Sky Sports.

Chelsea talisman Eden Hazard has been constantly linked with a move to Spanish giants Real Madrid this summer.

The 28-year-old has already talked up the dream move to Real Madrid as well as the chance to link up with his football idol Zinedine Zidane.

French football legend Zidane returned to Real Madrid in March after several months away from the club.

He had resigned from the post last summer before his reappointment as the Real Madrid manager.

Zidane has repeatedly talked about the quality of Eden Hazard to suggest that a move is on the cards.

Eden Hazard joined Chelsea from French Ligue 1 giants Lille in 2012 and he has won two Premier League titles at the club since then.

He was part of the Chelsea squad that won the 2013 Europa League and the Belgian could add a second title later this month.

Hazard and Chelsea will face Arsenal in this year’s Europa League.

Jose Mourinho says Hazard will want to win the trophy on what could be his last game for Chelsea before going to Real Madrid.
