Mourinho Orders Man United To Make Final MASSIVE Offer For Midfield Maestro

Eric Dier

Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho has told club vice chairman Ed Woodward to make a ‘take it or leave it’ offer for Totteham Hotspur midfielder Eric Dier.

The United boss is understood to be keen on landing a central midfielder this summer as he he hopes to replace Michael Carrick who is set to leave the club at the end of next season. Mourinho wants to sign a midfielder to consolidate the efforts of Ander Herrera and Paul Pogba in the midfield next season.

The duo of Eric Dier and Nemanja Matic has been tipped to make a stunning move to the Old Trafford this summer, with reports that the latter’s move to United might have been jeopardized by the signing of Romelu Lukaku from the coffers of Chelsea.

Reports in the Mirror claim that Jose Mourinho has told Woodward to make a final offer for Eric Dier in order to land the Englishman who is said to be open to a move.

It is understood that Manchester United are looking at the chances of signing up to three players this summer after completing moves for Lukaku and Victor Lindelof, with suggestions that Mourinho has been pressing on Woodward to bring in new faces before the start of new Premier League season.
