Manchester United unveil new kit in celebration of 140 years, fans lament over the price.

English football club, Manchester United, which is one the oldest football clubs in England has commenced celebration of it 140 years it has been in existence.

Owing to the celebration, the Red Devils have unveiled a new kit which has received a huge backlash from fans over the price.

According to a report, the kit cost a sum of £183 for a full adult version.

The price according to the fans is the most expensive in the history of the club.

Going by a picture of the kit worn by France international, Paul Pogba, the new kit has a source linked with Newton Heath.

It also showed the graphics of a small train-track graphic which signifies a sense of respect to the railway workers who formed United in 1878.

Report on the price of the kit stated it cost £110 for teenagers, with the children’s version costing around £45.

According to Manchester United group managing director, Richard Arnold, the new kit was made by popular football kit brand, Adidas.

The only Manchester United player who wouldn’t partake in making use of the new kit is Daley Blind, who is on his way to Ajax following the completion of his transfer.

Manchester United was established in 1878.
