Manchester United have begun talks to lure AS Monaco youngster Kylian Mbappe, according to reports.

The French sensation has drawn interest from several clubs in Europe due to his impressive displays for the Ligue 1 side, with the likes of Manchester City and Arsenal also believed to be keen admirers of his talent.

Reports in reliable French outlet, Le10Sport claim that the Red Devils have started discussions with Mbappe’s representatives and Monaco regarding a transfer for the forward, with suggestions that the French giants might consider an offer of around £90m.

Express Sport also have it that Jose Mourinho is keen to lure the 18-year-old to the Old Trafford as he looks to bolster his striking options in the next summer transfer window.

Reports in France claim that Manchester United have contacted the Ligue 1 giants to talk about the possibility of signing in him next summer.

Although it is understood that Monaco are keen to keep hold of their man and will even offer him a new deal to fend off interests from Premier League clubs in the summer window.

Real Madrid are also believed to be in the pursuit of the French sensation and will break the world record to bring him to the Santiago Bernabeu as Zinedine Zidane looks to reinforce in the summer.
