Manchester United Receives Big Boost To Beat Tottenham

Manchester United will play against Tottenham Hotspur at Old Trafford for their next premier league game on Saturday. Both sides are having the same points at the moment, and both will be gunning for all three points to close the gap opened by Manchester City at the top of the table.

Man United won Swansea City in the League Cup on Tuesday, and Tottenham are playing against West Ham on Wednesday night.

Before the clash with Swansea, it was revealed that Eric Bailly could make a come back from his injury for the League Cup game, but the Ivorian star was however not included in the squad.

We shouldn’t forget that last week Friday, Man United boss Jose Mourinho also said he is expecting the player to be back anytime soon.

And the defender himself has recently confirmed that he is feeling good after the latest training session, and he is very likely to be among the Man United side that will face Spurs on Saturday.

So far this season, the former Villareal defender has featured in 6 premier league games for his side and has managed to score a goal.

The African player has mainly partnered Phil Jones in the heart of United’s defense, and the Englishman is now fit as well.

Tottenham Hotspur are currently in top form, and it will be a big boost to Manchester United if a defender like Eric is available on Saturday to stop the likes of Harry Kane and Dele Ali.
