According to reports, Spanish giants FC Barcelona have accepted an offer from English Premier League leaders Chelsea for one of their star players Neymar.
Just last week, one of the news that dominated the media is the Samba star’s comments on the English premier league – how he loved the English league and how he admired various teams playing in the EPL.
The Brazilian international told the Sun that the Premier League is a championship that amazes him and he like the playing style and the teams there.
The Barcelona star went ahead to reveal his admiration for Manchester United, Arsenal, Liverpool, and Chelsea – confessing that they are teams that are always there fighting.
Neymar, who also stated that he might someday play in England, may be coming over sooner than expected.
The Brazilian international signed a new contract this season at the Camp Nou club that has seen his buy-out clause been increased to €220million.
And right now, an Italian newspaper Tuttosport (as quoted by Spanish media outlet AS) stated that the La Liga club have been led to accepting an offer close to that clause from the west London club.
They insisted that Chelsea Russian owner Roman Abramovich has already reached a verbal agreement with Barca for the transfer of Neymar, and that the Stamford Bridge outfit would pay €180 million for the 25 year old star.
