Chelsea boss Antonio Conte has allegedly given the name of Manchester United star Paul Pogba as a target if he is to take charge at Ligue 1 side Paris Saint-Germain manager.
Conte launched Pogba’s career
The Italian worked with Paul Pogba at their former side Juventus and is seen as having launched Pogba’s career at the top level.
The midfielder couldn’t get an opportunity in his first spell at Old Trafford under Alex Ferguson but emerged as one of World’s best player after being handed the opportunity under Antonio Conte at Juventus.
Struggling for form
Pogba, 24, is now struggling at Manchester United again, having struggled for form this term, leading to rumour over his Manchester United future once again.
Recently, the Sun linked the £120million star as a potential transfer target for La Liga giants Real Madrid, while Don Balon have also linked Catalan side FC Barcelona as likely suitors.
The French Ligue 1 giants could be the latest side in for the Frenchman, with Antonio Conte in contention to replace current boss Unai Emery at the club and allegedly telling the side he wants Paul Pogba among other transfer targets, as per Rai Sport, as cited by the Metro.
He could be another great addition in the middle of the park and could clearly fit perfectly well under Antonio Conte as Head Coach.
