One of Chelsea’s superb players – in the person of Brazilian star Oscar, left Chelsea of recent to play for Chinese side Shanghai SIPG, and some supporters still misses him.
And when another beloved Chelsea player – in the person of Willian – announced he is going to China, we wonder what will happen to some supporters.
But hey, Chelsea fans, don’t worry too much, you are not losing Willian – it is just for a pre-season tour!
Chelsea FC recently released a video on their official YouTube channel announcing the fixture to be played in the summer.
Some players were featured in the video, and they includes Willian, Gary Cahill, Nemanja Matic and Nathan Ake.And between them, they announced that they will be heading to Beijing, China, ahead of their next campaign.
The blues would be playing at the Bird’s Nest Stadium – which also happens to be the same venue of Manchester United’s and Manchester City’s aborted pre-season friendly ahead of this season.
The game need to be cancelled at the last minute after heavy rainfall made the playing surface unsafe for the match last time.
But let us hope things will work smooth for both Chelsea and Arsenal when they visit the Chinese capital.
