Alexis Sanchez’ future at Arsenal is still uncertain and the Chilean has emerged as a target for Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich this summer.
And in a new development, Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is already looking for a good replacement for Sanchez and has found one in Belgian star Yannick Carrasco.
Carraso impressed well in the just concluded season, scoring 14 goals and providing five assists in all competitions to establish himself as a major figure at Atletico Madrid.
The Belgian star is a fast player that is good with scoring goals, and he could be considered an ideal replacement for Sanchez.
Sanchez, who has just a year to run on his current deal at Arsenal, is wanted by a host of top clubs as he keeps ignoring a new deal at the Emirates. It is said that Bayern Munich are at the forefront of getting his signature, and the German club also got an eye on Carraso too.
Arsene Wenger is bracing for tough times this summer after failing to finish among the top four. Since his side won’t be playing in the Champions League next season, he is bound to struggle to persuade top stars to join him at the club.
