Arsene Wenger’s title hopes take another blow as his side suffer fresh injury concern. Arsenal fans are not left out too. Having watched their title aspirations end after a disapointing loss to Watford yesterday, the fans too have been drowning their sorrows and are in low spirits.
Many fans desire that the Arsenal management should bring in new quality stars in the January window transfer to strengthen the squad. However, they are not happy that they didn’t participate as they desire in it. As a sort of ‘habit’ it seems the Gunners are now embarking on their annual February slump. And new reports from the Daily Mirror might only add to their misery.
It was reported that midfielder Aaron Ramsey has suffered a calf strain in the loss at the Emirates last night. He limped off as Watford shocked Wenger’s side. It is unfortunately another frustrating moment for him as he missed much of the early part of the season with a hamstring problem and has rarely returned to form since.
Even though some of Arsenal fans do not believe that the 26-year-old is in the position man to lead the Gunners towards the title, they are sure irritated to see yet more injury problems wreck their season as their title hope fades away further.
