Chelsea has confirmed two loan deals for young duo of Dion Conroy and Jhoao Rodriguez. The Blues announced the deals on their official website on Monday, Conroy signed an extension loan deal with Aldershot till the end of April. The defender has been impressive for the Shots in the National League this season, making 14 league appearances for Gary Waddock side so far and was part of the Chelsea side who won the FA Youth Cup and under-21 Premier League.
