Juventus are considering a stunning summer move for Manchester United midfielder, Marouane Fellaini, according to reports.
The 29-year-old has been tipped to leave Old Trafford this summer due to his reduced role at the club over the years.
Although, the Belgian was a key figure under Mourinho last season but the arrival of Nemanja Matic to Old Trafford might have signalled the end of Fellaini’s career at the club.
Despite the speculation, Jose Mourinho has come out to dismiss reports that the midfielder is for sale, following reports that he was on the verge of a move to Galatasaray. The club’s sporting director also confirmed that there are talks to sign the former Everton midfielder.
However, reports in the Sun claim that Juventus are considering a move for Fellaini as they plan to bolster their midfield area ahead of another Serie A campaign.
With the brilliance of Matic, Fellaini is unlikely to get into the plans of Mourinho next season and there are reports that the player is open to a move in order to be in contention for the 2018 World cup in Russia.
It is understood that Juve are keen on getting a tall and physically strong midfielder to serve as their anchorman in the middle next season.
