Miralem Pjanic
With players like Coquelin, Elneny, Ramsey, Xhaka, and even injured Cazorla, it is glaring that Arsenal FC already have a handful of players for the central midfield.
Still yet, the boss Arsene Wenger is seeking to sign another midfielder particularly, as reported, to replace Santi and Miralem Pjanic is in the limelight.
The Sun made us understand that Wenger has moved in and called the 26-year-old Juventus star himself asking about a move to the Emirates. And as reported, Pjanic’s response was a positive one and he is looking to secure an agreement to join the club.
Pjanic is a classic midfielder who can do well anywhere in the center of the park. He is known mainly to be a creative central/attacking midfielder, though has played as a strong Defensive Midfielder too.
He joined Juventus in the summer transfer window and has been performing well above average for his club. This season so far In 20 appearances, he has scored 6 times, providing 8 assists- helping his team sit comfortably on the Serie A table.
Considering his nice time at Juve, it is surprising he wants to move to Arsenal. Nevertheless, it is very unlikely he will leave this month. However, The Sun said the Gunners are ready to make an offer of £28million to agree his signing.
