Juventus are considering a £22million move for Liverpool midfielder Emre Can this summer, according to reports.
The German star has been a subject of interest from Serie A champions as he enters into the final year of his current deal at Anfield, although there are reports that the Reds are confident on tieing him to a new long-term deal.
Emre Can rose to become one of the key players at Liverpool last season, partnering Giorginio Wijnaldum in the midfield due to a niggling injury to Jordan Henderson who missed most parts of last season.
However, the 23-year-old could leave the club on a free transfer next season as he has not signed a new deal at the club and Juventus believes they can lure Liverpool into selling the midfielder with a substantial offer.
Reports in Italian outlet, Tuttosport claim that the Italian giants are preparing a bid in the region of £22million for Emre Can as they look to sought their problems in the defensive midfield area.
The Champions League runners-up have also enquired about the availability of Matic but are not willing to pay Chelsea’s £40 million asking price for the midfielder.
Emre Can played 32 games for Liverpool last season, netting five goals and two assists from a defensive midfield position.
