Atletico Madrid goalkeeper Jan Oblak has hinted at possible summer move despite his side’s transfer ban.
The hot shot-stopper has been tipped to make a move away from the La Liga with Premier League being his likely destination this summer.
The likes of Chelsea and Manchester United were both linked with a potential move for Oblak with reports that the English clubs views him as an ideal replacement for their respective keepers that have been linked with a move to Real Madrid.
However, Atleti’s transfer ban was upheld by a court of arbitration putting an end to their activities in the transfer market as they will not be able to sign players till next January transfer window which has also prompted the La Liga club to block potential exit this summer but Oblak has now hinted he might make a last-ditch effort to move away from the Vicente Calderon.
When asked about his future, the Slovenian revealed that he is happy right now but refused to rule out a move away from Atleti.
‘In football you never know, even one day before the market closes news comes out,’ he told Sportal.
‘But for now everything points towards me continuing on at Atletico.
‘Am happy with Atletico and I believe that I’ll continue playing here next season.’
