Latest report reveals that the Spanish La Liga outfit Barcelona have dropped their interest in the pursuit of North London outfit Arsenal manager Unai Emery.
It was earlier reported that the La Liga side are seeking to land the former PSG and Sevilla boss as they consider parting ways with manager Ernesto Valverde ahead of the coming season but that has been dropped with the club ready to keep faith in him.
Barcelona’s attention to Unai Emery is informed by the fact that he had a successful spell at the Spanish La Liga outfit Sevilla, especially as he helped the team with three Europa League titles.

It is therefore expected that he has good knowledge and experience of La Liga that will help him succeed but that will no longer happen.
More so, Unai Emery only replaced France international Arsene Wenger in the last summer transfer window and do not seem to seek an exit while the Gunners management will not be willing to release him anytime soon.
Unai Emery failed to secure a top-four finish for the North London outfit but that will not stop him from receiving the kudos especially after leading the club to the Champions League finals.
