Manchester United midfielder Ander Herrera is certain that his team’s luck would soon change leading to a resurgence as far as the English Premier League (EPL) table is concerned.
Jose Mourinho and his wards have come in for a lot of criticisms after a run of just one win in their last eight league games thereby leaving them nine points off the UEFA Champions League (UCL) places and thirteen points off league leaders Chelsea ahead of their game against Tottenham Hotspur at Old Trafford on Sunday evening.
Herrera made this know while speaking with Sky Sports. He said: “To be honest, I don’t think we have to look at the table and think who is above, who is below, who is the next game.”
“Luck is going to change for us for sure because we are doing good things.
“I have never seen one team who is creating more chances than the opponent and doesn’t win, so if we can keep playing the way we can then we will get the results.
“To be honest, I don’t want to see the table. I just want to think Tottenham and then try to win, then we have Crystal Palace, West Brom, Sunderland.
“We want to go on a winning run because we are behind fourth place and if we stay there we will not be so happy.” the Spanish international further added.
