The former Mainz 05 and Borussia Dortmund manager was also nominated for the month of October but lost out to his Chelsea counterpart Antonio Conte.
Klopp has been nominated for the month of November alongside title rivals namely Pep Guardiola of Manchester City and Antonio Conte of Chelsea as well as Sunderland boss David Moyes.
Liverpool won two games (6-1 vs. Watford, 2-0 vs. Sunderland) and drew the other (0-0 vs. Southampton) game in the month in review and that has propelled the Anfield giants to second spot on the league table and a point off leaders Chelsea ahead of the away game at Bournemouth on Sunday.
The winner of the manager of the month award is decided by the combination of a public vote that is worth 10 percent and a Premier League panel.
