According to fresh reports in Spain, owners of Merseyside giants Liverpool Fenway Sports Group have reportedly agreed on a £108.3million deal to sell talented Brazilian Philippe Coutinho to FC Barcelona.

The Reds turned down a second offer from the Spanish giants worth £90.3m (€100m) for the Liverpool star last night.

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has admitted that ‘no player is not for sale’ in this market following Neymar Jr’s £200m move to big spenders Paris Saint-Germain but is adamant Liverpool ‘are not a selling club.’

But as per Spanish sports paper AS, Liverpool’s owners Fenway Sports Group (FSG) have approved an agreement of about £120m for the Brazilian.

It is believed that the deal will be £90.2m (€100m) up front with £18.05m (€20m) in add-ons.

FC Barcelona are ready to include Andre Gomes in the deal, although Jurgen Klopp is not thought to be particularly interested in such a deal.

Barcelona based Catalan newspaper El Periodico reported that Barcelona could present the Liverpool man by tomorrow, but Barcelona have denied such reports.

The 25-year-old, missed a pre-season friendly match against Athletic Bilbao in Dublin last Saturday with a back injury and has not trained for a week.

Meanwhile, FC Barcelona also wants Ousmane Dembele but may have to cough out a whopping £270.7m (€300m) to sign the Borussia Dortmund sensation and Coutinho this summer transfer window.
