Chelsea boss, Antonio Conte has told the club to sign Kyle Walker this summer, according to reports.
The English right-back has been tipped to leave the White Hart Lane this summer after falling out with Mauricio Pochettino who has benched him due to their differences.
Reports in the Daily Mirror have it that Antonio Conte wants to bring Kyle Walker to the Stamford Bridge, with reports that the Blues boss is a keen admirer of the defender’s abilities.
It is understood that Chelsea boss is ready to sign reinforcement despite winning the Premier League and has set sights on signing Walker to compete with Victor Moses on the right side.
However, there are speculations Manchester City are also interested in signing Walker and also ready to double the player’s wages just like Chelsea.
There are reports that Tottenham Hotspur are reluctant to let Walker leave this summer and will hold out for a fee around £40million for the defender who just signed a five-year contract extension last summer.
It is understood that Walker is also keen to leave Spurs this summer, and will to listen to offers from Manchester City and Chelsea.
Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho is also said to be considering a move for the right-back as a young alternative to Antonio Valencia who is aging.
