Madrid Heavyweights Set To ‘Spoil’ Conte’s Transfer Ambitions This Summer By Taking This Step

Chelsea are now certain of playing in the Champions League next season, and as expected, need more quality in the squad.

A handful of superb players have been linked with the English club ahead of the summer transfer window, and one of them is Italy international striker Andrea Belotti.

The club as shown interest in signing the Torino striker for quite some time now, but could be in a look out if a move will actually materialize this coming summer transfer.

Ahead of next season, Chelsea needs top superb players upfront at goal who can help deal with other top European clubs like Barcelona, Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, etc, in the Champions League.

Apart from that, Spanish star striker Diego Costa is expected to leave the club at the end of this season. Even though he has been impressive form in Antonio Conte’s squad this term, scoring 21 goals in all competitions for the west London club so far this campaign, he is still heavily linked with moving to the Chinese Super League come summer.

However, if Chelsea wants to get Belotti, it appears they won’t be getting him so easy as Matteo Pedrosi claims Atletico Madrid are now interested in the Italian and they are set to do all he could to get Belotti.

Belotti, in 36 appearances in all competitions for his Italian side, has scored 27 times and has provided six assists in the process.
