English Premier League outfit Arsenal are reported to be on the verge of failing in their bid to land Italian serie A outfit Napoli midfielder Piotr Zielinski in this winter transfer window.
Piotr Zielinski has been on the Gunners radar for some months with speculations that he would be joining the North London side in this January winter transfer window.
With the winter window already running out, a bid is yet to be submitted by the Gunners team as they are not convinced on whether to make a move for him in this winter window or not.
The Gunners are not sure of Wales international Aaron Ramsey will leave the Emirate Stadium at in the January or will hold on until the end of the season as the departure of the former Cardiff City man will make way for the signature of the 24-year-old versatile midfielder.
However, the Gunners are also reluctant because of their lack of financial strength which could stop them from striking any major deal in this winter window.
The North London outfit have made it clear that they will only have enough funds to do transfer business in the coming summer transfer window which will be opened at the end of the season.
