Manchester United might miss out on former Real Madrid Manager, Zinedine Zidane who is already being linked to French club, PSG.
Zidane, since leaving Spain after a successful spell at Madrid has been without a job and was earlier reported to be wanted by the United to replace Jose Mourinho.
Mourinho’s job is being linked away due to his reported bust-up with some players who are regarded by the club’s management as untouchables.
Also, the slow start of United this season which could haunt them in their title race is a factor that could force the Portuguese manager out of the Old Trafford.
But the reported wish of United to have Zidane succeed Mourinho at United might not be actualized with PSG already making an attempt to lure him to France.
Zidane has, however, fueled the speculations by stating that he expects to return back to football management soon.
PSG’s chief pundit Eduardo Inda, who spoke on El Chiringuito de Jugones, disclosed that the French side have had a discussion with Zidane in the summer.
According to the chief scout, Zidane has been told that should Thomas Tuchel fail to qualify his side to the Champions League semi-finals, he would be sent parking.
He added that should that happen, Zidane will be the first person to be contacted for the job next season.
