Twitter “Amnesty” for Accounts Suspended/Banned under previous Regime

Elon Musk, the CEO of Tesla and SpaceX, recently caused controversy by suggesting that Twitter should grant “amnesty” to accounts that were suspended by the platform under the previous regime.
