English Premier League outfit Arsenal are set to make a big transfer decision by promoting their head of youth scouting Steve Morrow as they plan to do more in terms of their transfer and recruitment.

However, should the North London outfit make the final decisions; Steve Morrow’s first challenge will be to recruit players with big quality but with limited funds.
It is already claimed that the North London outfit are also looking forward to having some players leave the club so as to be able to free the space and as well as with a limited budget.
Meanwhile, it is unsure what the chances of the Gunners team are, as they have already lost out of the top 4 and have been pushed to a sixth place in the Premier League.
