New Manchester United interim manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has made a massive claim on the club’s first team goalkeeper David De Gea which hints he could be staying at the Old Trafford.

The Spanish goalkeeper has been seeking a move away from the club with reports that he is unhappy especially after his fallout with former manager Jose Mourinho.

It was reported that the former Atletico Madrid stopper could not guarantee the success of the Red Devils this season and is being tempted by the luring offers he has received from other top European clubs.

However, despite returning to winning ways with the sack of term Portuguese boss, there is no news about a new deal for David De Dea but with the claim made by the interim manager, there are hopes he would stay.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer had stated that David De Dea will one day become the best goalkeeper ever should his current performance continue without after he impressed in the game against Tottenham with 11 world class saves.

The manager noted that his defense was good but stressed that David De Dea was unbelievable in his performance.

However, David De Dea is currently at the club with a 12 months extension clause being activated but United hope he is convinced before it runs out.
