Manchester United defender Chris Smalling has revealed the thoughts of his side as they prepare to face French Ligue 1 outfit Paris Saint Germain in the Champions League next season.
There is no doubt that the Red Devils are in very good form especially with the new interim manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer as they have not lost any game since he took over in December last year. United have won 10 of their 11 games under his reign.
Chris Smalling stated that the players are positive ahead of the game and they are confident that their unbeaten run under the former United forward will continue in the Champions League.
He noted that the team is already prepared for the games ahead, most importantly, the Champions League against PSG and the coming clash against Liverpool.
Chris Smalling hailed French midfielder Paul Pogba for his good form, stressing that the former Juventus man is the reason why the club have been doing great over the past few games.
However, PSG are left sweating over the fitness of some of their players, especially Brazilian international Neymar who is ruled out of the game. This is expected to give an edge to the English Premier League outfit.
