Scores Prediction – Former Arsenal Man Delivers A ‘Too Comfortable’ Prediction For Wolves Vs Chelsea.

Former Arsenal Man has delivered a too comfortable prediction for Wolves v Chelsea

He is already tipping premier league leaders Chelsea to ease to a 4-0 win against Wolves on Saturday evening

Paul Merson has backed the Stamford Bridge club to ease to a comfortable win against Wolverhampton Wanderers when they meet in the FA Cup fifth round on Saturday evening.

The Stamford Bridge club were held to a frustrating 1-1 draw with Burnley at Turf Moor last weekend after Robbie Brady stunning free kick cancelled out Pedro Rodriguez’s opener.

The blues were 4-0 winners against Championship side Brentford in the previous round that was played last month but now face their first FA Cup clash on the road in the current campaign.

Already this season, Wolves have secured one giant killing after Paul Lambert’s side were surprise 2-1 winners against Liverpool at Anfield in the fourth round.

Chelsea haven’t won the FA Cup since a 2-1 win against Liverpool in 2012 at Wembley.

Merson writing in his Sky Sports column ahead of the blues’ clash against Wolves at Molineaux on Saturday evening said:

“Wolves were playing well a few weeks ago, but have had a sticky patch lately, losing games against struggling Wigan and Burton.

“It is a nice big pitch at Molineux and Chelsea don’t have any European games, so they can focus on winning the Premier League and the FA Cup. I cannot see anything but a comfortable Chelsea win here.”

Conte’s side are currently eight points clear of second-placed Manchester City in the Premier League table and will host Swansea City in their next Premier League game on Saturday 25 February.
