Klopp Confirms Loris Karius As Liverpool First Choice
Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has revealed that Loris Karius is the club's No.1. choice goalkeeper. The German goalkeeper signed from Mainz in the summer but lost his place to Simon Mignolet at the start of the season after he sustained a broken hand injury in preseason. FA Charges Sissoko For Elbow On Harry Arter
Tottenham’s and France international midfielder Moussa Sissoko has been charged by the Football Association for an elbow on Bournemouth’s Harry Arter. Sissoko caught Arter in the face with his right elbow just eight minutes after being introduced in the second half after both midfielder contested for a loose ball in Spurs’ goalless draw with Bournemouth. Referee Craig Pawson and his assistants missed the incident at the time which led the FA to review the incident, and have now charged Sissoko for violent conduct, and he has until 6pm on Tuesday to respond.
