Barcelona star player Ivan Rakitic has been heavily linked with a move away from Camp Nou long before this moment, and it appears his time at Barca is actually coming to a close.
Recent reports circulating in the Spanish media suggest all may not be fine with him currently at Camp Nou.
Don Balon insisted that the talented midfielder is no longer comfortable with manager Ernesto Valverde at the club, and he could leave Barca at the end of this season as it was claimed Ivan has ‘opened talks’ about a possible switch to Manchester United when summer comes.
Bayern Munich are understood to be interested in signing the player also. There were widespread speculations the Bundesliga giants could bring Rakitic over to Munich with around €80m.
Before Phillipe Coutinho moved to Barcelona last summer from Liverpool, it was popularly reported that the Merseyside club asked the Catalan giants to send Rakitic over to Anfield if they are to get Phillipe’s signature.
However, while the Brazilian joined Barca last January, Rakitic remained at Camp Nou.
It’s pretty normal seeing everyone having the desire to sign Rakitic. The talented midfielder is an experienced star who will add quality to whichever club he plays for.
