Former Chelsea coach and Italy international, Antonio Conte, had a great start at Chelsea but his last season with club destroyed his credibility as a good coach.
The Italian on his arrival changed a lot of things at Stamford Bridge, like when the players can eat, when to train, the football formation among others, most of these changes gave a good result at his first season as the club coach.
But things started changing in the 2017/18 season which turned out to be his last.
Antonio Conte refused to changed tactics and maintained his 3-4-3 pattern, he clashed with Diego Costa and masterminded the player’s transfer.
The highest of his fall was when he had a fall out with the Blues Board, that was the beginning of the end for Antonio Conte.
Although he won the FA Cup in his last season, it was not enough to help him keep his job at Stamford Bridge.
At the moment, Antonio Conte is not managing any club but he sure has a good record that can earn him a job very soon.
Some coaches are already feeling pressured to deliver at their clubs and may be out in January if they refuse to perform.
Conte has been linked with moves to AC Milan, Schalke, and Valencia.
