Manchester United have agreed a £40 million fee to sign Inter Milan winger, Ivan Perisic after weeks of speculation.
According to reports in The Sun, the Red Devils have finally agreed a deal to sign the Croatian winger after success talks with Inter and the player is expected to join up with his new teammates on their preseason tour.
The Serie A giants had been adamant about not selling Perisic but it appears the deal is done after last transfer talks with United
Inter Milan who are also on the verge of signing Lazio forward Keita Balde, are said to be considering a loan move for United star Anthony Martial, who has become frustrated at his lack of chances at the Old Trafford and the arrival of Perisic could further signal more reduced role at the club.
It is understood that Ivan Perisic have agreed a £100,000 per week deal with Manchester United in May and he is already looking forward to working under Jose Mourinho.
Manchester United are now expected to shift their sights on signing a central midfielder with the likes of Nemanja Matic and Eric Die both linked with an Old Trafford move as Mourinho hopes to add suitable reinforcements to his current squad.
