April is such an interesting month in the premier league this season. The month is however gone, and it’s May already! The final month for this season!
However, before forgetting April fully, we need to recollect some superb performances executed in the month, and reward those that are exceptional.
Manager Of The Month
For the Manager of the Month category, it is very likely that Tottenham Hotspur boss Mauricio Pochettino will win the award for April – for having a superb record of 6-0-0.
However, Chelsea Italian manager Antonio Conte was also nominated – the impressive manager who has won the Manager of the Month Award a couple of times in his first season at London!
Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho was also nominated, as well as Craig Shakespeare of Leicester City, including Hull boss.
Player Of The Month
For the players category, just one Chelsea player – in the person of Belgium international Eden Hazard, was nominated for the month of April.
However, the Tottenham Hotspur trio of Son, Vertonghen, and Eriksen, were nominated and there are lots of probabilities that one of them would get it.
Also nominated are Man City’s Sergio Aguero, Man United’s Bailly, and impressive Benteke.
Goal Of The Month
Two Chelsea players were given a slot in this category. Rodriquez Pedro’s gaol against Everton as well as Diego Costa’s superb finish against Southampton.
