Chelsea Must Handle Hazard With Care – Club Legend

Former Chelsea striker Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink believes that the Blue have to treat star player Eden Hazard with utmost care in their bid to convince him to stay at the club beyond this summer.

The Chelsea legend talked about the Belgian international player in a chat with Bwin as he pointed out that Hazard holds the aces in the matter of his future at Stamford Bridge.

According to the ex-Dutch international hitman, the ball is in Hazard’s court to decide whether he wants to stay or leave Chelsea at the end of this season.

Eden Hazard has been strongly touted as a possible transfer addition to the Real Madrid squad ahead of this summer’s transfer window.

Recent reports even claimed that the former Lille talisman will join Spanish giants Real Madrid this summer in a deal reported to be around £100m.

Real Madrid have struggled to replace Cristiano Ronaldo this season after their former talisman left the club last summer.

Ronaldo swapped Real Madrid for Juventus in the summer of 2018 after spending nine years at the Estadio Santiago Bernabeu following his £80m move from Premier League giants Manchester United in 2008.

Eden Hazard could be a direct replacement for him at Real Madrid.

The Belgian playmaker has scored 16 goals and provided 12 assists in the Premier League this term.

In addition, he has been involved in more goal contributions (28) than any other Premier League player in the competition this term.
