Chelsea are going to play one more game in the premier league before the season ends, the Stamford Bridge club have been crowned champions this campaign and the celebrations contnues.

However, amidst the celebrations, Chelsea technical director Michael Emenalo has taken it to a ‘higher level’.

The blues official revealed that he sent a gift to last season’s champions Leicester City for selling Kante to them last summer.

Last season while with Leicester City, Kante placed a crucial role helping the club win the premier league title in an unbelievable campaign. He moved to Chelsea last June in a deal worth £30M after an improvement Euro 2016 campaign.

The France international keeps going on from strength to strength and helped Antonio Conte’s side win the premier league title this season, with an eye on the FA Cup at Wembley.

He has been rewarded for his efforts by winning the PFA and Football Writers’ Player of the Year Awards, beating his Chelsea teammate Eden Hazard to both.

Right now, the Frenchman becomes the first player to win back-to-back Premier League titles with different clubs, and Chelsea technical director Micheal Emenalo insists they were so lucky to get him.

The chief told The Evening Standard that he sent flowers to Leicester for letting them have him Kante, just to show how excited he is!
