Cuadrado had failed to settle down at Stamford Bridge, but has been impressive on loan at Juventus. The Serie A club, according to his contract, were obligated to make the deal permanent immediately the conditions were met at the end of this season.
The Colombian star has committed his future to the Italian club till 2020.
Juventus added on their official website that the 20 Million Euros transfer fee would be paid in three annual installments that is to kickoff from the 2017/18 financial year.
He joined Chelsea from Fiorentina back then in 2015 but was not able to get his feet under Portuguese boss Jose Mourinho. He was sent on loan to the Serie A, and had gone on to be a regular member in the Juventus team.
