Europa League champions Chelsea have concluded plans to rekindle their interest in Bayer Leverkusen winger Leon Bailey according to the Daily Mail. It was revealed that the Jamaican international star has been identified as a possible replacement for Eden Hazard who has already joined Spanish club Real Madrid.
