North London side Arsenal are reported to have prepared a bid for PSV forward Hirving Lozano ahead of the winter transfer window in January.
The Gunners are believed to be submitting a bid of £40 million to be able to beat other suitors as Barcelona and other clubs in the pursuit of the player.
The Mexican international has been in great form for his side and was most especially identified during the last summer FIFA World Cup in Russia.
According to a Don Balon report, most suitors are already preparing a bid for the star player but the North London side have prepared the most which make them leaders in the race.
The Gunners look desperate for the signature of the star player having lost England international Danny Welbeck to injury. Hirving Lozano is expected to serve as a replacement for the former Man United forward since it has been reported that he will be leaving the club at the end of the season.
Suggestions are that Hirving Lozano will join the Emirates Stadium to give big support to Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Alexandre Lacazette in terms of goal scoring as he has also got the ability to find the back of the net.
