Finally, the shocking news of Eden Hazard leaving Stamford Bridge for Santiago Bernabeu is becoming a reality.
Although Chelsea and the Blues fans will not be happy with this latest development, the reality which they must now face and accept is that the Belgium international will be leaving soon.
Eden Hazard, who is currently on international duty for his home country, Belgium, has confirmed his next move to Real Madrid.
According to the star player, he wants to leave Chelsea in other to win the Ballon d’Or at Real Madrid.
Hazard believes he can only win the prestigious award in the Spanish La Liga.
He may actually be right as the last 10 winners of the Ballon d’Or award all came from the La Liga, with Cristiano Ronaldo being the last EPL player to win the award at Man Utd before he also for Spain.
Eden Hazard, however, disclosed that he will not leave Chelsea in January, which is a clear indication that he might leave at end of the current campaign.
The Blues will be relieved that he will at least stay till the end of this season, which will give them time to source for another player that can replace him.
