Xherdan Shaqiri discloses why he is happy at Liverpool FC
Switzerland international and Liverpool new signing, Xherdan Shaqiri in a latest update made it known that he is happy at Anfield despite playing from the bench in just two of four games so far.
Shaqiri, who moved from relegated football club, Stoke City to Liverpool in the summer transfer window said Liverpool coach, Jurgen Klopp is the reason why he is happy at Liverpool.
The 26-year-old winger has a history with Klopp as the duo have once being at the German Bundesliga together while Shaqiri played at Bayern Munich, Klopp was Borussia Dortmund’s coach.
Shaqiri in his statement was full of applause for the Liverpool coach as he said that Klopp is a good coach but his character is what makes him happy.
He stressed that the Germany international is nice, funny and also focus as he hinted Klopp is very demanding especially on the pitch.
The 26-year-old winger also disclosed that Klopp has a good relationship with players as he knows how to talk to them.
So far this season, Xherdan Shaqiri has played for the Reds against West Ham and Leicester City.
